Restrictions:

A name directly under .ad is only possible for holder of a trade mark registered in Andorra or holder of a trade name in Andorra. The domain name needs to be exactly the same as that trademark or tradename.
A name directly under .nom.ad is only possible for citizens from Andorra. An official document from the Office for State Emblems and Signs is required.

Minimum registration period:

The minimum registration period is 2 year, the maximum is 10 year

IDN:

No support for IDN. Only default Latin characters (without accents) are supported. Other characters (which are only possible via IDN) are not allowed to be used inside a domain name ending in .ad and .nom.ad.

DNSSEC:
