Currently the sunrise for .pa is going on. Only owners of a .com.pa name which was registered before January 31 2012 can register the same name directly under .pa.

An exact deadline for the end of the sunrise isn't known yet. Registrations directly under .pa will probably be possible for everyone from the end of 2012, beginning 2013.
