. Open your Outlook and press the “file” button at the top left.
After pressing this button you will be redirected to the page with your account details.
2. Press add account.
3. Enter your email address and click on advanced options.
Then check the box for “I want to set up my account manually”.
Then click on “Connect”.
4. Select the “IMAP” icon and then enter the password for your email address.
Your system will then add the requested mailbox.
5. If you receive the error message below, proceed as follows:
Error message:
Click on “Change Account Settings” as shown above.
You will be redirected to the page where you can configure the technical data of your incoming and outgoing mail server.
Check if the data matches that of the screenshot below.
If necessary, adjust the data to match the screenshot.
Once the data matches, press Next.
You will then have to enter your password again.
When all that is done you will be redirected to the page that confirms that you have added your mailbox to your Outlook.
